Hiring Process 



A candidate may apply online or in person at our office.  Your application will be reviewed by our Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.



We will conduct a one-on-one interview to assess your interests, experience, career goals and work preferences. During the interview, we will review your work history and identify assignments or positions that may be right for you.



During your orientation, you will receive AmeriSearch Staffing Reference Manual.  You will also watch an introductory video which highlights the benefits of working with us. Also, review outlines of expectations to your successful partnership with AmeriSearch Staffing.
Paperwork and I.D. Documents:


You will be asked to complete State and Federal Tax forms, as well as the I-9 form.  When completing the I-9, you are required to supply two forms of acceptable identification.


To assess your software and other job specific skills, you will be asked to complete one or more assessment tests, depending upon your skill set and interests.
Reference Checks, Background Check, and Drug Screening:


We will contact your previous employers to verify employment and conduct criminal background checks. AmeriSearch Staffing is a drug-free workplace.  We conduct pre- and re-employment drug screens when applicable.
